In conclusion, I beg to

draw Your Lordship's special attention to the elaborate plans which have been prepared in the Survey Department to

accompany Mr Price's Report.

They reflect the highest credit

only upon

that

officer but

upon his subordinates, and when

taken together with the Report - both preliminary and final - they

indicate

very clearly

that
